Registration is now closed. Fall registrations are held beginning in May, season starts late August or beginning of September and ends late November or beginning of December for most divisions.
If you have a question about registration, please email the Region 94 registrar at registrar94@yahoo.com. Please include players' name, DOB, gender, new or returning and contact information.
Registration is not complete until you have completed both the player application and the in-person registration including payment.
Refund Information
Before season starts - 100% refund
Once player starts practice - 75% refund
Once uniform is issued - 50% refund
After 1st game - no refund
*Fundraiser this season is the Community Discount Cards (see pic below), players pre-pay $40 (cash or separate check) and receive 4 cards to sell to friends and family (payable by cash or separate check). The buy-out option is not available for late registration.

Players must be 4 years old as of July 31, 2009 in order to participate, see age chart below for division information and placement. Birth certificate is required at registration in order to register for all players, no exceptions.
Players ages 8-14 will arrange for skills testing at the field.
Proof of residency is required. Be prepared to show your driver's license or utility bill.
AYSO is an all volunteer organization. Parents must be involved to make the program successful. If you can help, go to www.eayso.org to fill out a volunteer form online. When completed print 3 copies to bring to registration. All volunteers must have a volunteer form on file. Open positions include coaches, referees, team parents board members and non-voting staff (see Region 94 tab for openings). Information will also be available at sign-ups.
Players who sign up late may be put on a waiting list.
